I like to bring the kids to the park below my in-laws block. Because it's a huge park with plenty of grass spaces to cushion their falls. And the kids like to play at the sand pit there. Especially Derrick. Darren likes to touch sands for the texture but no proper play so far, as he doesn't understand pretend play/imaginative play. Derrick will pretend that he is eating the sand out of the bowl with the spoon in his hand, but he is a lousy digger. I will be doing the digging for him usually, so that he will have some sands in his bowl.
But I hate those aunties whom like to sit there every evening. Because my boy, he doesn't know what is danger, so he will run into everything, go down dangerously steep slope without thinking or even roll down the slope. And he ate sand and small stones few times. So, I have to like really follow him whenever he goes. Those aunties, will be saying that I am too anxious, just let him run around the park, and they ask me to sit down and watch him. They just don't understand! so, they are forgiven. As they don't know what the hell is autism.

The picture on top was taken when Darren is younger, I think when he was around 2 years old. The best picture of him I have ever seen! He looks so perfectly normal. Papa, next time wear yr t-shirt for photo taking, hehe
